Deborah Campbell, MD, was invited to serve as a member of the New York State Department of Health Maternal Health Taskforce. The Taskforce will be a collaborative effort aimed at addressing critical gaps and promoting equity in maternal health outcomes across New York state and is a requirement of new federal funding called the Statewide Maternal Health Innovation grant. It will also be guided by the White House Blueprint for Addressing the Maternal Health Crisis (2022).
